Bulk SMS in Nigeria on the rise
Yeah! Indeed internet is on a no stopping momentum in Nigeria. 2009 witnessed a massive increase and drastic reduction in prices. Before now, clickatell.com is the top bulk SMS platform Nigerians use but now many more have come on.
A debutant on our list last month, bbnsms.com landed on the 2nd spot and many others have seen growth in usage and patronage.
I went to an event recently and saw a SMS recharge card been sold. The common prices are between N2.50 to N5.
One may want to ask, why are these SMS platform gaining momentum? Well the answer is not quite far as SMS on telecoms network cost as much as 15 naira.

hello sir,i think you should do a comprehensive review of the top payers list as it’s very inaccurate and wrong,the industry’s top players in terms of volume ,patronage, reach,capacity and clientele are: mtech,vas2nets,nuobjects,dudumobile,aratext….
some of the companies list above have their gateways domiciled with other bulk sms providers i n the country
