		<description>Nice articles. However in the Nigerian context team building for start ups can be a daunting task. Since most web startups are self financed and bootstrapping the daily finance option team members are limited to the few who are willing to commit to the risk of long term returns. Most web startups end up as one man operations due to this factor.
A nice idea some time ago was the I4J initiative launched by the NCC boss with the support of Zenith and some other corporate names, i was in attendance and quite excited at the potentials to be realised, unfortunately it was no different from all the white paper beurecracy thats called policies in Nigeria.</description>
