i love etisalat so much that i have to change to the network but considering the students financial problem in Nigeria,i strongly believe that the cost of the easynet is high if you consider the economic condition of Nigeria.

Yea! But in Lagos the service is efficient. It’s advisable that anyone who want to use the service first confirm the voice quality in his/her area before making the move.

No i havent tested it. I do have sim for voice call. Within the city of ibadan the signal coverage based on my voice sim is very poor. However am assuming they will be using there current base stations to roll out there data coverage so automatically assumed coverage cant be any better. I guess we’ll just have to wait to get real users feedback to see

Was this an unbiased opinion? or paid advert, just curious.
Etisalat has what can be described as “poor coverage”. I have there sim which i was hoping to use for voice calls, after a few days of disappearing signals and dropped calls tossed the line kia, kia!
So except you can afford to be stuck without a connect to the net, i dont think there quite there yet. Besides as the underdog a price incentive would be nice too. Just a thought!

mmm… cheap browsing, that may help startups like ours get much more traffic. coz’ the easier the connctivity the better the crowd.

personally, I think it’s expensive at the price, even though it’s mobile broadband, in places like US and UK, 3GB mobile bundle costs about £15 which is about 3 times cheaper, in Nigeria, it’s supposed to be far less than that or at least almost the same price, I have considered some economic factors before making this analysis

I wouldn’t want to think it as a rip off but it’s overly expensive
