RBNY : Our mission behind the rebranding
Nigeria, is to use it as a medium where the Nigerian youth would be relevant in building our nation. With the youths the rebranding project would get to the grass roots. With this and programmes we have outlined to work on,the ordinary Nigerian would be able to understand and participate in this venture.

WTN: What believe do you have about facebook being able to influence Nigeria?

Face book can influence
Nigeria, positively. If you notice, the face book section we are using here in Nigeria is mainly for users in Nigeria. Although you can reach out to other people around the world. Since it is a networking site, we believe ideas, networking and showcasing ones self are done via face book. It will for sure create a good image for Nigeria. You should also know that hard working and 4 real Nigerians are looking for a medium to show case themselves and to show the world that knowing Nigerians can be fun too.

WTN: How many Nigerian do you which to attract via this media?
RBNY:
As many as possible.

WTN: Do you have an offline campaign?
Yes we have an offline campaign; we are already trying to organize a free medical check up and diagnosis around the country, starting from some local government in the east. We have lined up programs which we shall use as a medium in getting the rebranding project to the grass roots. You know we are human begins, so you need to give out something to get people to listen and participate/ support the course.

WTN: What relationship do you have with the Information Ministry?
RBNY: The ministry, just sent us an email on Thursday, to acknowledge our congratulatory letter which one of our branches sent to her. We are also looking forward to work with them as they told us that they would soon start their sensitization program.

WTN: What growth do you see in the nearest future?
RBNY: All Nigerian youths to join us, to achieve this dream.

Programs we have outlined to work with, this will help us in the campaign to reach out to Nigerians.
Note that this rebranding is not the type we will want to just place ads on TV etc. Then the main work will not be done. Note what Sen. David Mark said, that even discipline in work places would be touched as part of rebranding project.

WTN: Could you provide more information for us other than the ones we have asked?

FREE MEDICAL CHECK UP AND DIAGNOSES:

Our organization has plans on the way, via its young doctors conduct a free medical check and diagnoses, in some local government areas in the country. By this means you are offering some thing for the people to benefit and talking to them too on the Re branding project. Note that it is not all would come to any campaign or listen to TVs, radios etc. We are seeing this as a means to work on the campaign in the grass roots And also make them know that with the Re branding project things would get better and such services would be coming to them form time to time.

YOUTH CONVENTION: – currently, we have stated sensitizing young people in various university, holding career talks, anti cultism campaigns and other issues savoring young people. We cope that a general youth convention will attract all these universities as well as Nigerian Youth in Diaspora.

It would involve lectures of talks from key speakers. Show case what the youth of Nigeria can do in terms of entertainment, art, entrepreneurship, skills etc. Media coverage would also be used to show the world what we are doing.

Subsequently, competitions (Sports, Education, Entertainment, Arts) especially among universities would be held where winners will be appreciated.

This will be a sort of encouragement others. Organization of free extra moral classes for Waec and Jamb students during the holidays. Reaching out to young people through television programmes and radio ads.
