Nigerian Web Awards – Nomination begins

We announced recently that we would be hosting the Nigerian Web Awards for 2009. As you know, for the past 12 months we have kept you up to date on the happening on the web world around the world and Nigeria, we are poised to recognize sites that have consistently show the tenacity of the Nigerian spirit. The award is modeled around Mashable Open Web Awards.

As the industry enlarges, we enjoin you to starts nomination of Nigerian site that fits into any of the categories listed below. Remember it is one vote per day per person and as long as the nomination last. The timeline is; 21st December 2009 – 21st January 2010 Nomination, 21th January – 6th February 2010 Voting begins, 8th February Announcement of Winners. Go to the awards page here.
