Wordcamp Nigeria has been rescheduled
One of the most anticipated tech events in Nigeria, Wordcamp Nigeria has been rescheduled to September 25th. The Organizers said in a bid to make the event successful, they had to effect the change of date. One of the leading light from WordPress global was schedule top facilitate at the event but unfortunately things change.
From the message I got:
We are sorry to announce that the date for Wordcamp Nigeria has been moved forward to 4 weeks from today; which is 25th of September, 2010. One of the key facilitators will not be in the country on Saturday.
Nysteria, the organizer of the event has promised to release some of their codes to the public. As stated, they have been able to use WordPress to build top-notch eCommerce sites, Client Management Systems, News Publishing etc.
So, thick your calendar to 25th of September, its now to be held on saturday as against Thursday as earlier planned! After the inaugural event, it will now be held every other months.
